About Kyle

I'm a software engineer who loves building useful digital products that generate business value and provide pleasing user experiences. With over 6 years of professional development experience, working at U.S. News & World Report, I have shipped dozens of features, fixed hundreds of bug tickets, implemented handfuls of page redesigns, spearheaded new products, participated in the interview process for potential hires, and led a team of 3–5 engineers.

As a graduate of VCU's School of Business (Go Rams!), I acquired over 2 years of experience on the experiential marketing and brand strategy side of things before making the switch to engineering, via Flatiron School's Online Web Developer Program in 2018. My focus and passion has been software engineering ever since. I consider myself firmly on the technical side of things, but with a business intution and entrepreneurial spirit due to my well-rounded background.

Let's get to work and build something impactful together!
